This Project (Investment Hospitals with 50 bed capacity) included 4 operations halls + birth halls + modern x-ray and laboratory and pharmacy clinics Doctors with services basement.
LoB Co. is the subcontractor that implemented for civil and electromechanical design, construction, procurement, test, commissioning works, and provides the services (supply of equipment’s, installation of electromechanical, testing and commission).
Project duration is three years.

The construction works included the following works:
- The Design for civil & electromechanical construction works, included site survey implemented as ground test, plane survey, altitude survey, etc. The Civil and architectural construction works for building consists of 10 floors with service basement.
- The Mechanical works for HVAC system, included the installation of (Chiller, chilled water pumps/closed system with parallel operation constant speed, Air handling unit).
- The Electrical work for Electrical distribution systems, included the installation of MV transformer with MV switch gear and MV power cable termination, cable duct, Power Supply (UPS), Controls and CCMS including control panels, lighting ,fire alarm system, Television and Telecommunications systems, Music and Public Address systems, Nurse Call, Lift Installations.
