Project Summary
The Project is about construction of 200 Bed Maternity and Pediatric Hospital in Sulimaniyah-Iraq. The Project is Design and Build the Hospital. The Project includes construction of staff house. LoB Co. participates as subcontractor to Miran group for mechanical and electrical work. The construction works included the following works:
1.1 Mechanical works:
- Air cooler liquid chiller Systems (piping system).
- Condenser and chilled water treatment.
- Expansion bellows and joints.
- Fuel oil storage system and safety controls.
- Flues and their supports.
- Flushing, cleaning and sterilization of pipework and ductwork systems.
- Ultra Clean Theatre air conditioning installations.
- Laundry and Kitchen equipment.
1.2 Electrical works:
- Controls and CCMS including control panels.
- Television and Telecommunications systems.
- Music and Public Address systems.
- Nurse Call.
- Lift Installations.
- Fire Alarm system.
1.3 Public Health/Fire Protection:
- Piped Medical Gases.
- Clinical pools equipment installations.
- Water Treatment systems; including reverse osmosis, soft water and boiler feed water/dosing.
- Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Drencher system.
